MangoMonkey Miang Kham Thai Snack Sauce: Miang Kham is a very AUTHENTIC THAI snack/appetizer so delicious and healthy it is ADDICTIVE!!! In fact of every person I have ever met that has eaten this dish nobody has ever said anything short of they "LOVED IT!!!"  

Placing each item into small bowls, chop up into tiny pieces fresh Shallots/Red Onion, Lime, Ginger, Roasted Peanuts or Cashews, steamed or boiled Shrimp/Prawns (or dried shrimp if you prefer), your choice of dried Candied Pineapple or other dried fruit, a few Thai chilies and toasted grated coconut.  Take your choice of fresh Betel leaf (called La Lop in Vietnamese market) Basil, Spinach or Butter Lettuce leaves sprinkle your freshly chopped items onto each leaf, then top with 1/2 teaspoon of MangoMonkey's Miang Kham sauce, roll it up ... AND POP IT IN YOUR MOUTH!!!

MangoMonkey Thai Jungle Fire HOT Sauce:

There are hot chili sauces...then there is The MangoMonkey Thai Jungle Fire Hot Sauce. 

You might notice we use the HOT.  This is THAI HOT! 

When a Thai person say it's hot, it's like somebody telling you its HOT to Sunbath ON THE SUN!!!

This Hot sauce is unlike any other on the market.  Made from 100% Thai "Kee Ngoo" Chilies (between 50,000~100,000 Scoville Heat Units which is about double the heat of a Tabasco Chili 25,000~50,000 SHU's). Thai chilies are undoubtedly very spicy hot, yet retain a very pleasant citrus peppery flavor with just the right amount of salty and tartness to make it wonderful on all those things you splash those other hot sauces onto... if you dare.

 

 MangoMonkey Peanut Sauce:

The MangoMonkey Chef Dom Signature homestyle, preservative free mildly spiced peanut sauce with velvety coconut milk and the MangoMonkey Chef''s secret ingredients making this sauce wonderful over steamed broccoli and vegetables, meats, chicken, pork and salads.  Pop some into the microwave for a 30-45 seconds to warm it up to bring out all of the flavors and make even the pickiest veggie eaters want seconds. A great way for Mom to get the kids to eat their veggies and proteins!!!

 MangoMonkey Tangy Thai Mango Sauce: Now how could any self-respecting MangoMonkey even exist unless he had his very own Mango sauce?  No Monkeys were used in the making of this sauce, but MangoMonkey Chef Dom used plenty of Tart Fresh Mangoes to create this wonderful sauce for you to pour directly over your chicken, pork ribs, salads or as a marinade and anywhere else you might like.

 

 MangoMonkey Pad Thai Sauce

One of the favorite dishes of Thailand.  This sauce is the key component towards an easy, perfect Pad Thai noodle everytime.  Just follow the directions included. Top with your meat of choice or Tofu, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and bean sprouts, you'll think you just went to Thailand for the day.

Great with spring rolls, deep-fried prawns and shrimp, seafood dishes and pork rib dip.

MangoMonkey Thai Green Curry (Gaeng Kheow Wan) 

Gourmet Authentic Thai Green Curry in MINUTES!  Easy to follow directions.  Just add your choice of Beef, Chicken, Pork or Tofu and vegetables and you have a warm coconut creamy, aromatic green curry that will entice you to the table. 

 

 MangoMonkey Thai Massaman Curry (Gaeng Massaman) 

Authentic Thai Massaman Curry from the southern region of Thailand that has a wonderful muslim flavor accent sure to please even your discerning curry lovers.  Combine our curry sauce with your choice of meat, potato, onion, eggplant and palm hearts to make your tummy sing.  Excellent with beef or lamb.
 
Massaman is the old Thai way of saying “Muslim”. In the recipe many of the dry spices were carried to
Thailand by early Muslim traders. Like Indian curries, this curry is heavy on dry spices and very aromatic. It’s typically served with rice or roti flat bread similar to Indian Naan or a handmade Mexican Flour tortilla.

 

 MangoMonkey Thai Panang Curry (Gaeng Panang) 

This CREAMY Red Thai Curry is one of Chef Dom favorites.  Spicy, yet smooth, creamy and enough coconut to sooth the soul. Meant for beef, but great with chicken, pork or lamb and even with just tofu and/or vegetables if you prefer.  NOTE: Fish sauce used in preparation so cannot be used in 100% vegan dishes.

 

MangoMonkey Thai Red Curry (Gaeng Daeng) 

Thai Red Curry is not quite as thick and creamy as Panang, but what it trades in thickness it gives back a spicy kick and flavor.  Pork or lamb is the dish of authentic choice, however still wonderful with beef, chicken, prawns and yes even fish or othe seafood.

MangoMonkey Thai Satay Marinade
Satay is a great snack, appetizer or meal in itself whether is is Chicken, Beef or most popular in Thailand pork.  Just skewer you favorite meats and marinate them with our MangoMonkey Thai Satay Marinade for 1 hour or refrigerate overnight and when ready quickly grill until cooked and tender.  Use with our MangoMonkey Peanut Sauce to dip or pour over your satay.
