All MangoMonkey Bistro & Cafe's Franchise owners will be required to attend and pass our MangoMonkey Culinary Institute's "Professional Thai Chef Diploma" program which are taught by Thai Master Chefs and expert cooks trained in Thailand, as well as classroom courses in Management, Health & Safety and operations.
In success there is no substitute for knowledge.
In the restaurant business, if you don't understand the food you serve, the people that prepare it and customers you serve it to, you can never fully realize success.
